As a Customer or potential customer, you may request access to PagerDuty's Information Security Practices (formerly known as "Data Security Policy") by following these instructions:
Visit PagerDuty's Assurance Profile;
Click the “Request Access to Private Documents” button or simply scroll down to the Request Information form;
From the Private Policies and Documents drop down list, select “Information Security Practices”;
Populate the remainder of the form with your contact information and relationship to PagerDuty;
Requesters must agree to PagerDuty's Confidentiality Notice, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service using the checkboxes at the bottom of the form; If your company already has a non-disclosure agreement in place with PagerDuty, that will take precedence, but you must still accept this confidentiality notice.
Click “Submit Request”.
Requesters should receive an email acknowledging the request.
Once the request is approved by PagerDuty, the requester will then receive another email with a link to the document.
