Twilio Alpha: AI Addendum:

Twilio Alpha has been rebranded as Twilio Forward. Accordingly, all "Twilio Alpha” references have been updated to “Twilio Forward” references, and the Twilio Alpha: AI Addendum is now the Twilio Forward: AI Addendum.

Twilio Data Protection Addendum (DPA)****:

***Note: ***If you have negotiated a separate DPA with us (or the equivalent) that does not permit Twilio to make unilateral changes on notice, the updated DPA will not apply to you.

• We** **updated the definition of “Applicable Data Protection Law” to clarify that it includes 28 CFR Part 202 (Access to U.S. Sensitive Personal Data and Government-Related Data by Countries of Concern or Covered Persons) in the United States of America.
• As required under applicable data protection laws and regulations, we incorporated the Brazil Standard Contractual Clauses as a data transfer mechanism for personal data that is subject to Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (General Personal Data Protection Act).
