For the purposes of this document, an Apple affiliate is a wholly owned entity that is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. When you create an Apple Account and, unless otherwise indicated in this document or the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant services, and depending on your location, “Apple” is:

• Apple Services LATAM LLC, located at 1 Alhambra Plaza, Ste 700 Coral Gables, Florida, United States for users in Mexico, Central or South America, or any Caribbean country or territory (excluding Puerto Rico).
• iTunes K.K., located at Roppongi Hills, 6-10-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-6140, Japan for users in Japan.
• Apple Pty Limited, located at Level 3, 20 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia for users in Australia and New Zealand, including island possessions, territories, and affiliated jurisdictions.
• Apple Services Pte. Ltd, located at 7 Ang Mo Kio Street 64, Singapore 569086 for users in Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Fiji, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Macau, Maldives, Federated States of Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Tonga, and Vanuatu.
• Apple Distribution International Limited, located at Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland for all other users.

Apple Media Services and iCloud

Apple Media Services include, where available, the App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Books, Apple Fitness+, Apple Games, Apple Music, Apple News, Apple News+, Apple One, Apple Podcasts, Apple Podcast subscriptions, Apple TV, Apple TV subscriptions, Apple TV channels, Game Center, and iTunes.
