本「台灣地區 -支付相關資料隱私權聲明」（下稱「本聲明」）旨在讓 您 瞭解 優步福爾摩沙股 份 有限公司（以下稱「本公司」）對於 您 接受本公司提供之第 三方支付服務過程中，相關個人資料及隱私權之蒐集、處理及利用資訊，並告 知 您 有關 您 支付相關個人資料權利義務之行使及負責。當 您 使用 Uber App 、 Uber Eats App 或本公司所經營之 Uber 網站（以下合稱「本網站」）提供之 第三方支付服務，即表示 您 同意本公司蒐集、處理、利用與 您 提供的個人資 料。
This 'Taiwan specific - Payment Data P rivacy Notice' (hereinafter referred to as this 'Notice') is intended to inform you of how Uber Formosa Co. Ltd. (referred to as the 'Company') collects, processes, and uses your personal data and privacy information in connection with your use of the third-party payment services provided by the Company, and to notify you of your rights and obligations regarding such paymentrelated personal data.
By using the third-party payment services provided through the Uber App, the Uber Eats App, or the websites operated by the Company (collectively referred to as the 'Website'), you acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect, process, and use the personal data you provide.

本聲明適用於台灣地區使用者在使用本網站，所涉及與本公司所提供之第 三方支付服務相關之個人資料蒐集、處理、利用、國際傳輸（美國、馬來 西亞、新加坡）以及保護措施。但不適用於經本網站而連結至第三人經營 的網站或網頁。
This Notice applies to users located in Taiwan when using the Website, insofar as it involves the collection, processing, use, international transfer (including transfers to the United States, Malaysia and Singapore), and protection of personal data in connection with the third-party payment services provided by the Company. However, this Notice does not apply to any websites or web pages operated by third parties that may be accessed via links from the Website.
With respect to third-party payment services, this Statement shall take precedence
over any other privacy statements of the Company.

Except where continued retention is necessary by law or otherwise required by applicable regulations, the Company will retain and use your payments information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

- for as long as you maintain your Uber account (i.e., the life of your account, or 'LOA') where it is nece ssary in order for Uber to provide its service.
- for 7 years from collection if necessary for purposes of Company's tax, legal or regulatory requirements and Company's legitimate interests in defending against, or asserting, legal claims.

## Cross-border transfer
When providing services, the Company may transfer your personal data to locations outside Taiwan, including the countries or regions where Uber Group entities (e.g., the United States, Singapore), data centers, service providers, and cloud servers (e.g., the United States) are located, as well as to Uber's customer support centers (e.g., Malaysia), for storage or processing. The data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in Taiwan; however, your personal data will be protected under the applicable foreign laws. When transferring your personal data to other
countries, the Company will comply with all applicable legal requirements. For more details, please refer to the Appendix of this Notice.

## (6) 若 您 無法提供完整的個人資料時，不提供將對 您 權益之影響
若 您 無法提供完整且確實的個人資料，將影響本公司 為您 提供第三方支付 服務。建議 您 應提供完整的個人資料及隨時更新。若因 您 未提供完整且確 實個人資料，造成對 您 及第三人發生損害時， 您 應負擔一切責任，如造成 本公司的損失時，本公司有權向 您 請求損害賠償。
## Impact of Not Providing Complete Personal Data
Failure to provide complete and accurate personal data may affect the Company's ability to provide the third-party payment services. It is recommended that you provide complete personal data and keep it updated at all times. If any damage occurs to you or a third party due to incomplete or inaccurate personal data, you will bear full responsibility. Should such failure cause losses to the Company, the Company reserves the right to seek compensation from you.

關於 您 的支付相關個人資料檔案，本公司將採行適當之安全措施，並盡力 以合理之技術及措施，依相關法令辦理安全維護事項，防止 您 的個人資料 被竊取、竄改、 毀 損、滅失或洩漏。

如果 您 不同意本聲明，請 您 立即停止使用本網站及其所附屬之網站、網頁 服務，並可向本公司請求刪除 您 的帳號。
## Amendments to This Payment Data Privacy Notice
The Company reserves the right to revise this Privacy Notice at its discretion. Any amendments will be communicated in advance via the the Website or other means (such as email) and will also be announced on the Uber websites operated by the Company. Please review such notifications carefully to protect your rights. Continued use of the Company's services after any amendments or changes to this Privacy Notice constitutes your acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of the revised Privacy Notice.
