Вайлдберриз вправе по своему усмотрению выбирать и (или) заменять третье лицо, указанное в настоящем пункте, без уведомления и (или) согласия Продавца.

In the event of the sale of the Goods by the " Marketplace " method, the Seller is obliged, at its own expense, to transfer the Goods to Wildberries or to Wildberries' logistics providers for delivery to the Buyer in assortment and quantity agreed at the Portal at the https://seller.wildberries.ru/marketplace-orders-new/newtasks/to-warehouse section (Packaged Orders) and according to the defined point of delivery (warehouse or a orders pickup point - hereinafter the ' Delivery Point ') within 120 (one hundred and twenty) hours from the moment when the information on the purchase of the Goods by the Buyer is posted on the Portal.

Wildberries sells the Goods at the price indicated by the Seller on the Portal at the time the Buyer places the order, taking into account the discounts set by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the " Seller's Retail Price ").
