Spain Geographic Phone Number-Based Interpersonal Communications Services

If Customer is provided geographic phone number-based interpersonal communications services in Spain (“Number-Based ICS”) using Spain geographic phone numbers that Twilio distributes on behalf of ENREACH COMMUNICATIONS S.L.U., with C.I.F No B-62959077, and a registered office at Travessera de Gràcia 17-21, 1st Floor, (Barcelona), PC: 08021 (“Enreach”), Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Number-Based ICS are directly provided by Enreach.
Any personal data, including, without limitation, subscriber information, that is shared with Enreach in connection with Enreach's provision of the Number-Based ICS will be processed in accordance with Enreach's Privacy Notice.
