Consumer Terms

- Stripe Brasil Soluções de Pagamento - Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., if you are an individual residing in Brazil; and

- Stripe Technology Company, Limited, an Irish limited company, if you are an individual residing outside of the locations identified above.

For Link Balance (Custodial and Non-Custodial Wallet), “we” means:

- Stripe, LLC, a U.S. limited liability company, if you are an individual residing in a country in this list within North America, Central America, or South America other than Brazil;

- Stripe Brasil Soluções de Pagamento - Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., if you are an individual residing in Brazil;

- Stripe Technology Company, Limited, an Irish limited company if you are an individual residing in a country in this list outside of the location identified directly above, other than Brazil; and

- Stripe Global Technology, LLC., a U.S. limited liability company, if you are an individual residing outside of the locations identified above.

For Financial Connections (including the linked financial account feature), "we" means:

- Stripe, Inc., a U.S. corporation, if you are an individual residing in the United States.

- Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd., a Canadian corporation, if you are an individual residing in Canada.
