Azure Sponsorship for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) offer details

This Azure Sponsorship for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), or Azure EA Sponsorship, offer is available by email invitation to customers selected by Microsoft in its sole discretion. If you’re entitled to this offer, you would have received an email invitation to accept this offer on behalf of your organization.

Sponsorship rates

Microsoft uses published pay-as-you-go rates to calculate Azure EA Sponsorship consumption.

Term and conversion to paid account

Unless prohibited by applicable law or otherwise specified in writing, when your Azure EA Sponsorship terminates, your subscription(s) under the offer will be converted automatically to your original Enterprise Agreement upon the earlier occurrence of (1) when your total cumulative usage reaches your usage cap or (2) when you reach your end date (both specified in your invitation email). Upon termination of this offer (as specified in this paragraph), your Azure usage will be subject to the pricing and terms of your Enterprise Agreement.

Exclusions

Azure EA Sponsorships cannot be applied toward Azure support plans, third-party branded products, products sold through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, or products otherwise sold separately from Azure (for example, Microsoft Entra ID Premium). This offer cannot be combined with other licensing, prepaid, or credit offers, including (but not limited to) Azure in CSP, Azure in Open, Azure Pass, and Action Pack.

Payment options

This offer is available only to customers under an active Enterprise Agreement; no additional payment instrument is needed to enable this offer.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time.

Microsoft Online Service Agreement

Your subscription remains subject to the Microsoft Online Service Agreement to which you agreed (current version available here).

Offer Availability

This offer is available only to limited customers invited by Microsoft to receive a limited sponsored Microsoft Azure account. Customers must be located in one of the following countries/regions and will be billed in the currency noted:
