Your contracting entity depends on the country where your account was registered when you accepted the online Stripe Services Agreement. Please refer to the table below to find the correct legal entity, registered office, and designated contact details for your jurisdiction.

All formal legal process, including notice of arbitration, legal proceedings and civil court orders, and official legal notices must be served at the registered office of the relevant operating entity in accordance with applicable law. You must also email a copy to notices@stripe.com. Please note that Stripe does not waive any statutory requirements for formal service of process by providing this email address.
