Grafana Champions Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor. Sponsor of this promotion (the “Contest”) is Raintank Inc. (dba Grafana Labs) (the “Sponsor”) whose address is 165 Broadway, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10006. These rules and regulations govern all Grafana Labs champion programs respectively, including the Grafana Champions and K6 Champions programs.

2. No Purchase Necessary; Void where prohibited by law; Entry Instructions. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW (OR JURISDICTION).To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period (as defined below) you must visit the respective champions program landing page for the champions program you are applying to (i.e. https://www.grafana.com/community/champions) (such website being the “Program Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions (the “Instructions”), providing the requested information (collectively, the “Entry”). The entrants to the Contest must be the company or person that owns the content submitted in the Entry, not a company’s employees, consultants or third-party developers in their individual capacities. One entry per person. ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE CORRECT CHAMPIONS PROGRAM WEBSITE; DO NOT POST ENTRIES ELSEWHERE ONLINE OR SEND SPONSOR A LINK TO AN ENTRY. All requested entry information must be provided. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or addresses, accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of an ongoing dispute as to the identity of any entrant, Sponsor has the right to make a determination as to all entrants in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the name of the Contest or reject any Entry for any reason.

3. Contest Period. Contest Period. This Contest begins at 12:01 am U.S. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 23, 2023 for all Global entries and will remain open until otherwise noted on the Program Website (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the dates and times specified in the Contest Period. This is a contest of skill. Odds of winning the Contest depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The Sponsor may select additional winning entries at its discretion. The Sponsor may reevaluate existing winning entries (“Champions”) and decide whether to extend or terminate such winning entry’s status as a Champion in its sole discretion.

4. Eligibility. In order to be eligible, an entrant must be using Grafana Labs pursuant to a valid license (open source, free or paid), and the entrant must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. By submitting an Entry, the person submitting represents and warrants that he or she has all necessary rights and permissions to enter the contest, including permission of their employer, if applicable. Entrants for a company may participate and/or receive prizes only to the extent permitted by their employer. By submitting an entry, each entrant represents and warrants that such entrant is (A) is not located in a destination prohibited by the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) (15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774 (2010)) and is not a person or entity listed on the economic sanctions regulations and guidelines of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control (“Restricted Parties”), and (B) will not export, re-export, or otherwise transfer the Grafana Labs and technologies related thereto (“Grafana Labs Technology”), or permit any Grafana Labs Technology to be used by, or disclose any Grafana Labs Technology to, any prohibited destination or Restricted Party. By entering this Contest, you shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grafana Labs from and against claims, losses, costs, or liability, arising in connection with your breach of this section. This Contest is void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
