Raintank Inc. dba Grafana Labs (“We”) participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union and European Economic Area member countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If you have an unresolved privacy complaint or dispute relating to personal data received by Raintank Inc. dba Grafana Labs Safe we participate in the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure.
