Third-Party Connectors. **Customer may connect services not provided by Mistral AI (each, a “Third-Party Connector”), including Model Context Protocol Servers (“MCP Servers”), to Mistral AI Products. By enabling these connections, Customer grants us the permission to (a) access the Third-Party Connectors, (b) send Customer input to the Third-Party Connector, and (c) where applicable, execute actions upon Customer request, including to retrieve, process, store, execute, transmit, modify, delete, invoke, or otherwise act upon the necessary data to use content, systems, or resources in connection with generating Outputs or carrying out requested actions. Customer may only connect a Third-Party Connector to a Mistral AI Product if Customer has all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to connect such Third-Party Connector to Mistral AI Products in accordance with these Terms. Customer is responsible for maintaining access to the Third-Party Connector for the duration of Customer subscription or Customer use of such features. Any use of a Third-Party Connector is subject to the respective terms and conditions for the Third-Party Connector, and Customer is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions, and for the actions Customer requests from Mistral AI Products through Customer input. Customer acknowledges that Third-Party Connectors are not Mistral AI Products and Mistral AI is not responsible for any Third-Party Connector or Customer use of any Third-Party Connector, including any disruptions, data loss, or issues with Mistral AI Products arising from Customer use of the Third-Party Connector. Furthermore, if Customer uses an MCP Server to connect a Mistral AI Product to a Third-Party Connector, Customer acknowledges that Mistral AI has no control over such third-party MCP Server and bears no responsibility for Customer use of such MCP Server, including any actions, executions, routing, modifications, accesses, storage, transfers, disclosures, corruption, or deletions of data, content, systems, resources, or environments performed by or through such MCP Server upon Customer request, or for how the MCP Server processes or interprets Customer Input. Third-Party Connectors may be incompatible with Mistral AI Products. Customer will find more details on the compatibility and interoperability of Mistral AI Products with Third-Party Connectors in our documentation. Where a Mistral AI Product allows Customer to store usernames, passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other authentication information ("Credentials") for use by Mistral AI Products, including agents, the foregoing applies equally to such Credentials. In particular, Customer grants us permission to use Customer Credentials to connect to third-party services on Customer’s behalf, and Customer is solely responsible for the Credentials Customer adds and for all actions taken using them at Customer’s request.
