Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements Customer’s Webflow Master Subscription Agreement, Webflow Terms of Service, or other applicable agreement between you and Webflow (the, “Agreement”), and governs your use of Webflow’s software-as-a-service platform and the products, services, and features we make available (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree not to misuse it or assist others in doing so. Webflow may review and analyze information on the Platform as necessary to protect the safety of users and end users and to prevent illegal activity. The sections below outline an illustrative, non-exhaustive list of activities and Website Content that are prohibited or restricted on the Platform.

When evaluating potential violations, we consider the educational, artistic, documentary, scientific, or public-interest value of the content at issue. Webflow reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to determine whether conduct or content violates this policy.

How Webflow handles content reports

Webflow does not review or approve Website Content, and passively monitors sites only for security or safety purposes. If we receive a report that Website Content contains content prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take action as described below.

Actions We May Take

If Website Content or an Account violates this Acceptable Use Policy or other applicable agreements between you and Webflow, Webflow may in its sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning;
  • Restrict the visibility of the infringing Website Content, including unpublishing your site and / or disabling access to it; or
  • Suspend or terminate your account.

Redress and Appeals

If you disagree with a decision Webflow has made about your Website Content or account, you may appeal by contacting abuse@webflow.com from the email address associated with your Webflow account within 6 months of the notification, explaining why you believe the decision should be reversed.

EU and UK Users — Digital Services Act and Online Safety Act

If you are located in the European Union, your report may constitute a formal notice under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. If you are located in the United Kingdom, your report may constitute a notice under the UK Online Safety Act's illegal content reporting requirements. To ensure your notice is valid under either framework, please provide the details requested in this webform.

EU and UK notices will be processed without undue delay. If action is taken on your report, you will be notified of the decision.
