I. Data controllers

Uber Technologies, Inc. ('UTI') is controller of the data processed by Uber when you use Uber's services in Taiwan, except th at Uber Formosa Co. Ltd. ('Uber Formosa') is a controller of data of users of Uber's payment services for Order Recipients, Merc hants (and their representatives), Riders and fleet partners in Taiwan (together 'the Companies').

II. Personal data transfers

The below tables describe the personal data which is disclosed and transferred from the Companies to Affiliates and third parties located inside and outside of Taiwan.

A. Companies' Affiliates

User personal data is transferred electronically to the Compan ies' Affiliates located in Taiwan and overseas as follows.
