• Добавлено: These terms (“Link Agent Wallet Terms”) supplement the General Terms and govern User’s use of the Link Agent Wallet Services. Capitalized terms that are not defined in these Link Agent Wallet Terms have the same meanings given to them in the General Terms. The Link Agent Wallet Services are Preview Services.

User will maintain a current URL for the Link End User Terms. At Stripe’s request, User must provide proof as Stripe requires that the Mutual End User has consented to and accepted the Link End User Terms. If Stripe believes that the User’s existing acceptance process does not create a binding agreement between Stripe and each Mutual End User, then, on Stripe’s request, User must modify that process as Stripe requires.

User will promptly incorporate changes requested by Stripe with respect to how Link, including any feature or functionality, is presented or made available to Mutual End Users.

If User controls how the Mutual End User approves the amount of the Link Transaction or establishes and approves spend limits for one or more Link Transactions, then User will ensure that the Mutual End User approves spend limits for one or more Link Transactions prior to the initiation of the applicable Link Transaction(s) by or through User Agentic Agent. User will document the details of the approval, including the method of approval, and provide a copy of that approval to Stripe prior to the initiation of the Link Transaction. Upon Stripe’s request, User will promptly provide Stripe with necessary approval information in a timely and efficient manner.

With respect to Link Transactions initiated by or through User Agentic Agent, User will send to Stripe the Mutual End User Data for the purposes of (i) prefilling those Mutual End User details in the Link login, verification, or account creation; (ii) validating Mutual End User’s access to Link; (iii) performing analytics; or (iv) otherwise enabling the Link Agent Wallet Services and related Services.

To the extent a Mutual End User uses Financial Insights to share financial account data with User through User’s Agentic Agent, User will only use such data for purposes the Mutual End User has authorized.

Where currency conversion is part of a Card Transaction, any quoted payout amounts and associated fees are estimates, and may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate that applies when the currency conversion takes place.
