Stripe Stablecoin Financial Account - UX Services Terms

These Stripe Stablecoin Financial Account - UX Services Terms (“Preview Services Terms”) form a legal agreement between Stripe Global Technology, LLC (“Stripe”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” and “your”). The terms of the Stripe Services Agreement (“Stripe Services Agreement”) are incorporated by this reference into, and modified by, these Preview Services** **Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these Preview Services Terms are defined in the Stripe Services Agreement.

Unless Stripe notifies you otherwise in writing, the Stablecoin FA UX Services are Preview Services as defined in the Stripe Services Agreement.

1. Services.

1.1 Stablecoin FA UX Services.

These Preview Services Terms are Services Terms, as defined in the Stripe Services Agreement, and govern the parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the Stablecoin FA UX Services. Stripe is not liable or responsible for any services other than the technology services comprising the Stablecoin FA UX Services. Stripe does not convert, hold custody of, or transfer any Stablecoin or Fiat Currency as a component of the Stablecoin FA UX Services.

1.2 Settlement Services.

The Settlement Services Terms govern the Settlement Services Partner’s rights and obligations with respect to performing your Settlement Services Transactions. Stripe is not liable or responsible for the Settlement Services. The Settlement Services Terms are Financial Services Terms for the purposes of these Preview Services Terms.

1.3 Settlement Services Partner.

Stripe may add or remove Settlement Services Partners. A Settlement Services Partner is a Financial Partner for the purposes of these Preview Services Terms.

**2. Access and Use. **

2.1 Accessing the Settlement Services.

To access and use the Settlement Services, you must (a) be located and incorporated in a jurisdiction that Stripe and the Settlement Services Partner supports in connection with the Stablecoin FA UX Services (as specified to you via the Stripe Account); (b) register with the applicable Settlement Services Partner through your Stripe Account; (c) accept the applicable Settlement Services Terms; and (d) comply with the applicable Settlement Services Terms.

2.2 Available Capabilities.

The Settlement Services Partner may add or remove supported Stablecoins and Fiat Currencies as provided in its Settlement Services Terms, at any time. Stripe may add or restrict access in your Stripe Account to particular denominations of Stablecoin or Fiat Currency, or types of Settlement Services Transactions, at any time.

2.3 Permitted Use.

The Stablecoin FA UX Services and the Settlement Services may be used by you only for business purposes and in a manner that complies with the Stripe Services Agreement. You may not use the Stablecoin FA UX Services or the Settlement Services for personal, family, or household use, or to conduct any Prohibited or Restricted Business.

**3. Disclaimers. **

3.1 Results of Suspension or Termination.

Stripe is not responsible for any liability you incur or any loss of value resulting from the suspension or termination of the Stablecoin FA UX Services or the Settlement Services, under these Preview Services Terms or the Settlement Services Terms.

3.2 Interruptions.

Stripe is not responsible for any interruptions to the Settlement Services initiated or caused by any third party, including any Settlement Services Partner or other Financial Partner.
