Subject to your compliance at all times to the AWS Agreement and the Seller Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Buy with AWS Trademarks (“Marks”), which includes, but is not limited to BUY WITH AWS, TRY FREE WITH AWS, VIEW OFFERS ON AWS, and AVAILABLE IN AWS MARKETPLACE provided to you through the Buy with AWS Brand Guidelines (the “Brand Guidelines”), available at https://partnercentral.awspartner.com and incorporated herein by reference, for the limited purpose of: (i) indicating you are providing customers with the Buy with AWS feature on your web properties and (ii) indicating which of your products are available in connection with the Buy with AWS feature on your web properties and marketing materials. You may not use the Marks except as expressly provided herein. You agree that AWS and/or its affiliates are the sole owners of the Marks and you will do nothing inconsistent with that ownership. All goodwill arising out of your use of the Marks will inure to the sole benefit of AWS and its affiliates. AWS may revoke this license at any time. Upon revocation or termination of this license you shall immediately cease and discontinue all further use of the Marks. This license supersedes any other agreement between you and AWS regarding use of AWS trademarks.

If you are a participant in the AWS Partner Network Program, you are permitted to use certain AWS Marketplace branding assets, including the “Available in AWS Marketplace” badge and other Partner Badges in accordance with, and as defined in, the AWS Partner Network Terms and Conditions and AWS Partner Creative and Messaging Guide. The AWS Trademark Guidelines & License Terms, available at https://aws.amazon.com/trademark-guidelines/, apply to your use of Partner Badges.

We may withhold for investigation, or refuse to process, any of your Transactions that we suspect is fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Seller Terms. Стало **c.
