Capitalized terms used but not defined on this page have the meanings given to them in the agreement that refers to this URL (the "Agreement").

1. Google Contracting Entity.

If the Agreement authorizes Partner as a reseller and/or supplier of Google Cloud products under the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program, then for the purposes of that Agreement, "Google", if not otherwise defined in the Agreement, means the entity identified below based on the Partner's billing address and the services covered by the Agreement. Otherwise, for the purposes of the Agreement, "Google", if not otherwise defined in the Agreement, means the entity identified below based on Customer’s billing address and the services or program (as applicable) covered by the Agreement.

For Agreements covering Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Marketplace, Gemini API Paid Services, Looker, SecOps Services, Google for Startups Cloud Program, Domain Service, Implementation/Professional Services, Firebase Paid Services, Custom Search JSON API or Product Studio API:

Customer’s or Partner’s billing address
