This Data Processing Addendum, including the Standard contractual clauses for the transfer of
personal data to third countries, has been prepared for JetBrains customers to ensure that
JetBrains will process their personal data in a manner compliant with the General Data
Protection Regulation, or GDPR in short. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree
to be bound by this Data Processing Addendum.
